KAYSEN凱森不銹鋼污水泵概述
不銹鋼污水泵屬于離心雜質(zhì)泵的一種,可輸送帶有酸性、堿性或其他腐蝕性的污水,廣泛應用于化工、石油、輕工、食品、制藥、釀造、環(huán)保及污水處理等行業(yè)。
不銹鋼污水泵具有多種形式:如潛水式和干式二種,目前最常見(jiàn)的潛水式為不銹鋼潛水污水泵,最常見(jiàn)的干式污水泵如臥式不銹鋼污水泵。
根據不銹鋼材質(zhì),又可以分為304不銹鋼污水泵、316不銹鋼污水泵和316L不銹鋼污水泵。三者的耐腐蝕性能是遞增的,這主要取決于不銹鋼材質(zhì)的含鎳量的多少。

●不銹鋼污水泵采用全不繡鋼設計,由水泵、密封、電動(dòng)機三部分組成。電機位于電泵上部,為單相或者三相異步電動(dòng)機結構,水泵位于電動(dòng)機下部,采用上吸水式結構,可以防止因電泵陷入污泥中而發(fā)生堵塞的現象。外形采用精密鑄造和不繡鋼機筒,美觀(guān)大方,具有防銹、耐腐蝕、無(wú)污染等特點(diǎn)。廣泛用于各種特殊要求如化工、海水養殖、食品飲料等使用場(chǎng)合。
●電泵采用雙端面機械密封裝置,具有密封可靠使用安全的特點(diǎn)。密封件及電纜線(xiàn)根據介質(zhì)條件使用耐腐蝕氟橡膠,安全衛生。
●泵的整體結構緊湊,體積小、重量輕、檢修方便,潛水液下即可使用。電泵內部安裝有過(guò)熱電流保護器,防止電機因過(guò)載而過(guò)熱。
不銹鋼污水泵是單級、單吸、懸臂式離心污水泵。泵吸入口為軸向水平方向,泵排出口可根據需要裝成水平或垂直方向。主要由泵蓋、泵殼、葉輪、軸封、軸、和托架等零部件組成。軸封采用新穎的雙端面機械密封結構形式,泵與電機安裝在共同底盤(pán)上,通過(guò)彈性聯(lián)軸器由電機直接驅動(dòng)。
